Lower salt intake is not harmful

 Either salt control for all people in controlling blood pressure and coronary heart disease, or lowering salt levels only for the people who are at high risk? There was a debate about this few times before. The controversy has recently ended. It is said that minimum level of salt is essential for good- health of any human. The danger is reduced in such people having more risk of stroke or heart attack for low salt intake, lower salt intake is not harmful a little to the people of lower risk.



There is no substitute for reducing salt in the food to live longer in sound body, to protect the fear of getting sick. Salt will enter the body less if such mixed natural foods like cereals, pulses, rooted vegetables, fresh fruits, milk, yogurt are taken. Salt will enter less in the moderate use of salt in cooking, avoidance of all types of processed food.

The effect of salt can be avoided if such foods are taken that contain more potassium. All kinds of fruits, fruit juices, vegetables, cereals, etc. contain a lot of potassium. Salt can be substituted in foods for ‘potassium salt’ (K Salt). It is now available in the market of this country.
