Why women get more attacks ?
Men and women are almost equally affected by hypertension, but why are women more prone to blood pressured heart attacks than men at an older age? This fact cannot be explained by showing a specific reason. Female sexually transmitted hormones during fertility (on average 15-45 years) under the influence of estrogen, girls suffer from atherosclerosis being delayed comparing to men. As a result, men are more prone to heart attack than men before menopause. In women who suffer from a heart attack, the risk of developing menstrual bleeding is due to the lack of estrogen in the body causing atherosclerosis, which leads to the coronary artery narrowing.
Atherosclerosis accelerates coronary artery cavity narrowing. Girls generally gain a little bit weight after the menstruation. Calcium in the bone goes down (Osteoporosis) which leads to bone problems. Movement and physical labor slows down. Women are less likely to get proper treatment compared to men in old age who are suffering from high blood pressure, especially in our country. Girls are more prone to heart attack than boys for various reasons.
In general, women are less likely to suffer from coronary heart disease than men. Fewer victims are heart attacks and other complications of coronary heart disease. The incidence of sudden cardiac death is much lower in women and more in men.
